Come be our guest, relax and take in some amazing views of Lake Norman by staying at our newly renovated 3 Bedroom home! As you enter the front door, you will get that lodge-type feel with a huge open floor plan, a wall of windows lakeside, high ceilings, and beautifully exposed beams. The main living area is entirely open providing great flow from the kitchen, dining, and great room areas, and is a perfect place for families and friends to reconnect and enjoy a few days away! On the lakeside of the property, you can enjoy some of the best views of Lake Norman available by enjoying a huge screened-in porch with plenty of outdoor seating for all guests.
On the main level, you will find the master bedroom and then a guest bedroom with 2 bunks. On the lower level via a separate entrance, you'll find a completely separate suite with a bedroom and private bath.
Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!
Have a boat or jet ski? Bring it with you and keep it at the private dock on the property.
*** If you have a larger family and are looking for 2 places near each other, please contact us as there is a separate 5 bedroom home that is also a vacation rental right next door***
*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations.
*** We cannot guarantee lake levels as they do change daily.
*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to two dogs allowed
