This house provides a great entertainment space in the middle of the home with tremendous views of Lake Norman from every room & a cozy fireplace in the main family room. You'll just love the flat yard with so many enjoyable amenities such as the covered seating area on the lakeside patio, fire pit, and gazebo. This home offers the perfect setup to enjoy and soak up all the lake life has to offer!

Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!
Have your own boat or jet ski? Bring them with you and tie up to the private dock on property!
This house is pet friendly, exceptions apply.
The Minimum Age of Renter must be at least 30 and a copy of the driver's license will be required.
No weddings or large events.
*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations.
*** We cannot guarantee lake levels as they do change daily.
*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to two dogs allowed
