Welcome to Dock Holiday! If you are looking for peaceful, relaxing lake living you have found the place! This tastefully designed two-level home is conveniently located yet provides you with that get-away from it all feel - just an ideal place to reconnect with family and friends!
On the exterior, you have a great lakeside deck with a grill, private dock & fire pit. On the interior main level of the home, you'll find 3 bedrooms including the master, 2 full baths, kitchen, and great room. On the lower level is loaded up with fun games if we have a rainy day or for those competitive family/friend nights including foosball and shuffleboard. You'll also find the 4th bedroom, full bath, and a great place to catch the game or have the kids have their own space to watch a movie.

House is less than 5 minutes to Publix Grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants - roughly 20 minutes to all that Denver and Mooresville have to offer!
Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!
Have a boat? Bring it with you and launch from one of the convenient local access areas.
