Welcome to Dream Big Retreat, your luxurious escape on the shores of Lake Norman. Set on over 400 feet of private shoreline, this stunning home is designed for unforgettable group getaways, offering breathtaking lake views, sophisticated interiors, and thoughtfully curated spaces inside and out.
From the moment you enter the home, you’re greeted by natural light pouring through floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the panoramic views of the lake. The main level features a spacious living room with an oversized sectional, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Adjacent to the living area is a formal dining room with coffered ceilings, seating for ten, and a charming window bench overlooking the water. The gourmet kitchen is a dream for any home chef, fully equipped with modern appliances, a gas stovetop, and a large island that makes meal prep a breeze. A dedicated workspace provides privacy for remote work, planning, or quiet reading time.
The main-level primary suite is a serene retreat, featuring a king bed, stunning lake views, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. Upstairs, guests will find four additional sleeping areas, including two queen bedrooms, one king bedroom, and a spacious bunk room that’s perfect for kids or teens. The bunk room includes a full-over-queen bunk, a king bed, and a twin, creating the ultimate sleepover setup. Two full bathrooms on the upper level provide convenience and comfort for everyone in your group.
For entertainment, head to the upper-level bonus room. This fun space includes a pool table, a large TV, comfortable seating, and access to a private deck overlooking the lake. Whether it's game night or movie night, there’s plenty of room to gather and play.

Stone pathways wind through the beautifully landscaped yard, leading you to a cozy fire pit area, an outdoor dining space with a grill, and the private dock, where you can relax, fish, or launch one of the provided water floats. There’s even a sandy beach walk-in area—perfect for easy water access for kids and adults alike. Cap off your evening in the hot tub, soaking in views of the lake as the sun sets.
Parking is easy with two spacious driveways, ensuring convenience for large groups or multiple families.

*** All bookings will require a signed lease agreement to include a valid ID and selfie photo in order to be confirmed. Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation
*** Standard early check-in and late-check out policy is as follows: 2pm check-in and 12pm check-out with a $50 fee per request. All subject to availability and all holidays are excluded
*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property
*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to two dogs allowed
*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations
