Sleeps 13 - great floor plan with bedrooms on all levels including (3) bedrooms with full on-suite bathrooms, main floor master. Fantastic amenities with a private dock, pool table, kayaks, outdoor fire table, plenty of outdoor seating and a covered porch overlooking Lake Norman.
Conveniently located - less than 10 minutes from restaurants, bars, shopping and grocery stores. House is fully furnished and includes wifi, washer and dryer for guest use.
Please note this property has roughly 30 stairs down to the dock which is pretty typical with lake front properties on Lake Norman though may not work well for guests with challenges navigating steps.
Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!
