Retreat to serenity and relaxation at Livin' Large! This luxurious Lake Norman home sits on almost two acres and has sensational lake views. Enjoy sunsets year round on the screened in porch, pool deck or private dock.
As you settle into one of the six bedrooms on the premises, you will find yourself right at home. The extensive renovated kitchen and living areas are equipped to meet all the needs of our guests. This backyard was designed specifically for entertaining and creating lasting memories from the pool and spa to the huge outdoor kitchen area. This home provides plenty of space to spread out and enjoy all of the amenities Livin' Large has to offer. In case of a rainy day, enjoy the incredible game room filled with ping pong, pool, foosball, etc.
Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!
Please note: Your safety matters. There is a ring doorbell at the front and rear entrances of the property facing outwards.
*** All bookings will require a signed lease agreement in order to be confirmed. Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation
*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property
*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to two dogs allowed
*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations
*** We cannot guarantee lake levels as they do change daily
*** Elevator is for elderly and handicap use only, guests are required to inform guest relations of need before arrival
*** Pool is heated during our pool season of May 1st- September 30th
*** Pool off season, $100 per day to heat the pool October 1st- April 30th
