Step inside the main house and you'll be welcomed by bright, open living spaces filled with natural light and incredible lake views. The open-concept layout features a spacious living room with a large sectional, a smart TV, foosball table, and direct access to the expansive back deck. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and ready for any culinary adventure, complete with new stainless steel appliances and generous island seating for nine. When it’s time to dine, gather around the large table that seats ten, with sweeping lake views as your backdrop.

The main home includes three well-appointed bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom. There's also a second king bedroom and a fun bunk room featuring a twin-over-twin and a twin-over-full setup—perfect for the kids or extra guests.

Need a little more space or privacy? Head over to the charming guest suite above the garage. With its own private entrance, this quiet hideaway includes a king bed, full bathroom, TV, and sitting area—a peaceful spot for early risers or couples looking for quiet time.

Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience!  We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease!  Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!.  

📌 Important Notes for Your Stay:
🚗 No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property. 
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability. 
💍 No Events or Weddings
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.

Planning to bring your own boat? We’re happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boat types.
