Centrally located to all of the best parts of the lake. Amazing chefs kitchen which provides indoor and outdoor dining. This gorgeous home has an open concept living space with full open views of the lake. This space spills out to the outside dining and grill area, perfect for an afternoon BBQ.
This home is equipped with 4 bedrooms in the main house. Over the garage is an addition room with bunk two beds and in the garage there is a refrigerator and ping pong table. And for those wanting some peace and quiet, we have a fully renovated boat house with a queen suite, including a full bath. This gives you 6 spaces and 6 bathrooms in all and plenty of room for everyone to space out comfortably!

This house has great lake views with a dock, paddle boards, kayaks, swim mats, fire pit, games and much more. The great room has a pool table, shuffleboard and arcade game. So much to enjoy and places to also relax, read, and make memories!
Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!
*** All bookings will require a signed lease agreement to include a valid ID and selfie photo in order to be confirmed. Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation
*** Standard early check-in and late-check out policy is as follows: 2pm check-in and 12pm check-out with a $50 fee per request. All subject to availability and all holidays are excluded
*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property
*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to two dogs allowed
*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations
