opens up to sun-filled dining and living areas.

Guests will also enjoy countless features such as 9' ceilings, dual fireplace, 5 remote controlled ceiling

the master bath. In the laundry room is a small folding cart that helps to bring up groceries to the condo.
There is condo access to the third floor via stairs or elevator.
Two locally owned restaurants downstairs and close to grocery, I-77, hospital and greater Mooresville.
On property boat slip is not available. However, the nearest public boat access/launch & marina is less
than 10 minutes away.
