The condo is within walking distance from beautiful waterfront dining, Port City Club, which offers excellent food and refreshing cocktails. The condo has three bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin Trundle with pull out twin), two full baths, large full kitchen, and washer & dryer.
Conveniently located in Cornelius, a short drive to Uptown Charlotte. Plenty of nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment there is something to do for everyone!
** We cannot guarantee an open boat slip if you are bringing your own boat
*** The pool is managed directly by the condo. We cannot guarantee the condition of the condo amenities, however they are available for your use.
*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to two dogs allowed
