Situated directly on the water, Sun Kissed Cove offers the perfect home base for an unforgettable retreat with loved ones. The location is perfect as you'll enjoy beautiful Lake Norman with peace and quiet, yet are only 5 minutes away from Publix Grocery Store and restaurants - the best of both worlds of privacy and convenience!
Sun Kissed Cove offers a variety of water toys including kayaks, a large lake mat, floats, and life jackets for your use.
There are numerous parks, trails, and fishing destinations nearby to take advantage of your beautiful surroundings.
Enjoy wide range views of Lake Norman from the large deck, sit above the water on the covered dock while watching a game, or enjoy s’mores at night while taking in the moonlit lake view.
This well-stocked home offers everything needed for a relaxing vacation or a change in scenery for remote work or learning. The home is equipped with high-speed internet and versatile workspaces. The fully equipped kitchen features ample counter space and everything you’ll need to whip up a tasty meal. Set the dining table and serve dinner family style or dine al fresco with a view of the water.
The living room upstairs offers comfy seating and a flat-screen tv while a separate living area in the basement is sure to be a favorite hangout.
The basement boasts a large sectional couch, a Nintendo Wii, and a foosball table- perfect for a rainy day, indoor recess, or a break from calls.

While we want all of our guests to have a great time, a quick reminder on the standard policies for this property:
- Primary Renter Must Be At Least 30 Yrs of Age - lease and drivers license will be required
- No Events/Large Gatherings (e.g. weddings, rehearsal dinners, graduation parties, etc)
- This Property is Not Pet Friendly
- No Smoking
- Please be respectful of the neighbors at all times by staying on the property and observing noise restrictions between 10:30 PM and 8AM
- This property is best suited for up to 6 adults and 5 children
- Daytime maximum number of guests should not exceed the number of guests confirmed in the booking
Note: Your safety matters. There is a ring doorbell security camera located next to the front door facing out along with a camera facing the back entry basement door. They do not look into any interior spaces.
Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!
